I am a competition Squash player and was using coffee as a tool to give me an energy/brain boost on match days. However, after starting to use Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao I was amazed at the difference it made. It gave me a real energy boost, and I found my mind was far more focused, clear and able to really focus on match strategies. All this without the coffee crash and nerve agitation that coffee really does cause. If you want energy & clear brain focus for sports & exercise, then you have to use Peruvian Ceremonial Cacao.
It has a nice nutty flavour. I mix it with honey before adding the milk. Alternatively, add a small amount of milk and mix, this stops lumps forming.
