1 cup Medjool dates (about 10), pitted

200g dark chocolate (for coating)
Method: How to Make These No-Bake Fudge Bites

Add dates and tahini to a food processor. Blend until smooth and sticky.

Add Soma cacao, vanilla, and salt. Blend again until fully combined.

Press mixture into a lined loaf tin, smoothing the top.

Freeze for 30–60 minutes until firm.

Melt your dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl (microwave or double boiler).

Slice the frozen fudge into bite-sized pieces.

Dip each piece in the melted chocolate, then place on baking paper.
