This DELICIOUS and super simple "pudding" is chock-full of alllll the good stuff: complex carbohydrates (banana, flax seed), good fats (avocado, cacao, flax seed), protein (flax seed), prebiotics (banana), B vitamins (avocado, banana, cacao, flaxseed) and calcium, magnesium and iron (cacao).

๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€:
(Serves 4-6).
๐ŸŒ1/4 cup fresh blueberries + extra for garnish
๐ŸŒ1 Tbsp cinnamon
๐ŸŒ1 ripe avocado
๐ŸŒ2 ripe bananas
๐ŸŒ4 Tbsp Soma Cacao
๐ŸŒ2 tsp pure vanilla extract
๐ŸŒ1 Tbsp pure maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)
๐ŸŒ1 Tbsp ground flax seed
๐ŸŒPinch of sea salt, to taste (optional)
๐ŸŒ Coconut flakes for garnish (optional - can also garnish with blueberries, slivered almonds, raspberries... whatever you like!)

Blend until smooth using a food processor, blender or nutribullet.
Chill and serve - garnishing as you like.
This will last in the fridge, covered, for 2-3 days.
