This DELICIOUS and super simple "pudding" is chock-full of alllll the good stuff: complex carbohydrates (banana, flax seed), good fats (avocado, cacao, flax seed), protein (flax seed), prebiotics (banana), B vitamins (avocado, banana, cacao, flaxseed) and calcium, magnesium and iron (cacao).
๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐: (Serves 4-6). ๐1/4 cup fresh blueberries + extra for garnish ๐1 Tbsp cinnamon ๐1 ripe avocado ๐2 ripe bananas ๐4 Tbsp Soma Cacao ๐2 tsp pure vanilla extract ๐1 Tbsp pure maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional) ๐1 Tbsp ground flax seed ๐Pinch of sea salt, to taste (optional) ๐ Coconut flakes for garnish (optional - can also garnish with blueberries, slivered almonds, raspberries... whatever you like!)
๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ: Blend until smooth using a food processor, blender or nutribullet. Chill and serve - garnishing as you like. This will last in the fridge, covered, for 2-3 days.
